They have worked with me every step of the way. I had a problem where I let my policy lapse while I had some repairs done to my vehicle (I only had PLPD) so I wasn't able to drive my car so while getting repairs done forgot to let them know why I let my policy lapse. Once my repairs were completed Alex and the rest of the team there were very understanding and had my policy back up and everything restored to normal like it never happened within a matter of an hour. And most of that time was me transferring money to make my monthly payment. I'd also like to add because my policy technically lapsed, they needed a few signatures to complete the new policy.
